Hats to the Puget Sound Anglers for pulling off an excellent Sporting Event for the Hood Canal area. We'll try to make next years even better! It's beautiful spot with a great spa, fantastic restaurant, spectacular golf course, and lovely views of the Olympic Mountains. Most visitors to the Olympic Peninsula fly into Seattle (SeaTac airport), which is about a two hour drive from Hoodsport. You can also fly into the Olympia Airport, which is about an hour away from the Hoodsport area. There is a small airport in Shelton but it lacks commercial service. Hi Don,

Saturday, July 2nd is the street fair, Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast from 7am to 11am $5.00 at HP Community Church Fellowship Hall, a Book Sale at the library from 10am to 4pm, Live Auction at Model T Pub and Eatery from 2pm> Sunday,July 3rd continues the street fair from 9am to 10pm. We love visiting Hoodsport for an outing, and often arrive by boat or vehicle for shopping and ice cream! We also love the summer festivals, especially the 4th of July celebration. It will be wonderful to be able to view your web site to plan ahead for our excursions across. Thank you!
